This page explains how to have your personal data deleted from SALESUPAI - FZCO (License No. 76266, "Sales Up", "we", "us") and from the businesses that use Sales Up to talk to you over WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or e-mail.
What we store
When a business that uses Sales Up communicates with you, we keep the conversation on that business's behalf: your phone number or messaging id, the name shown on your profile, the messages and files exchanged, and delivery events reported by Meta. The business you contacted is the controller of that conversation; Sales Up processes it under our agreement with them.
Requesting deletion
- Through the business: ask the business you messaged to delete your conversation. Their Sales Up administrators can remove your contact, conversations and files.
- Through Sales Up: e-mail privacy@salesupai.ai from the address or phone number the data concerns. Include the phone number (with country code) or the confirmation code shown by Facebook if you started the request from your Facebook or Meta account settings.
We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Deleting a conversation removes the contact record, every message and attachment we stored for it, and any delivery events that mention your number. Copies held by Meta (for example on WhatsApp's servers) are governed by Meta's own policies.
What we keep
Records we are legally required to keep (invoices, security logs) are retained for the statutory period and then deleted. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you are not affected.
